yay! after trying like 10 addons, i finally found one that works - AutoP. The next thing I will tackle is a Rich Text Editor. I have both tce and fck but they dont seem to work.

    Will keep looking though.

Sorry, I limited the number of characters so as to avoid the type of discussions happening you know where ;)

skunk, thanks for your contributions! This is indeed how a forum should be run.

It seems like there are so many lightweight forum scripts that have been evading me. I just installed bbpress on one of my recent projects out of necessity of easy integration with wordpress since it was made by the same chaps. I have been loving it since.

    its here: http://nairablogs.com/forums

and while you are at it, you can also check out the main nairablogs.com
I am still working on integration of some themes and plugins though. So, expect some funny behaviours over the next week. Thats why my friends who convinced me to create something like that for them have not created any and we have not done any serious awareness campaign.

But really, we need a blogging network of our own. i'd appreciate it of you mentioned it in your next newsletter.

    skunk,

Will do. He he. Why am I seeing this bumociation actually becoming one in which we have actual, face-to-face meetings? ;)

    Well, that won't be bad.

P.S. I spent five minutes trying to think about what bumociation meant.

LOL skunk. Don't mind me. It's the language add-on that I installed. So as to avoid a repeat, let's just say that the add-on has gone further than I expected. It replaced a*sociation with bumification.

So to clarify, though you probably know what I meant, I am beginning to have a gut feeling that one day, all of us will be meeting in a formal/informal capacity.
