Administration: How Do We Improve WOA's Target?

    Looking at the stand of things, we will find out that there are so many interested in becoming not just webmasters, but professional webmasters. The next question that comes to mind is "How do professional webmasters help these interested fold or newbies get started properly and achieve a better professionalism?"

    Please, you humble suggestions are very much appreciated.

    I think it starts with mentoring. This is where face-to-face meetings make sense. The newbies would interact with the vets and in the end, the mixture would result in both parties learning a thing or 2.

    I am working out logistics. Many are requesting. I have therefore made it a goal of mine to set up something, even if it means literally sitting under a mango tree, next year. It has been 3 years since the site launched and it is about time.

    As the year gradually ends, I still have hopes in high spirit that this scheme as planned by the admin gets live and actualized. Members are also advised to make posts here too as they do on other forum websites. They keep the website and the entire concept alive and kicking on fine.
